HWBOM Limited is a wholesale lighting house in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. We opened in 2026 to do one thing properly: assemble, test and freight fixtures we would specify ourselves.

A short history,
told honestly.
We will not pretend to a century of heritage — HWBOM Limited was founded in 2026, and we think a young house can afford to be exacting in a way an old one sometimes forgets. We started in a single unit of the Camelpaint Building on Hoi Yuen Road with a workbench, a freight account and a refusal to drop-ship a generic catalog.
The name is the work: Hardware, Warm light, Built-to-order, Made in Kwun Tong. Two years on, the model has not changed — we hold a tight range of fixtures, fit and test each one on the bench, and ship them to kitchens, restaurants, galleries and homes across the world.
Our customers are buyers: fit-out contractors, hospitality groups, retailers and electricians who need the light to be right and the box to arrive intact. So that is what we optimise for — material honesty, tested fixtures, sane lead times and freight that lands.

If we can name it, we will print it.
Every spec sheet states what a fixture is made of, because the material is the value. Solid brass, not plated steel. Hand-blown opal glass and natural, vein-run alabaster, not moulded acrylic. American walnut, oiled by hand. When a price is higher, the materials are the reason.

Four habits we don't break.
Specify before we stock
A fixture earns a place in the range only if we would install it on a job. That keeps the catalog short and the quality up.
Test on the bench
Drivers run, dimming swept from full to floor, finishes inspected under raking light — before a fixture is boxed.
Pack for freight, not for show
Glass and stone are double-boxed in moulded protection. The unboxing is plain; the arrival is intact.
Answer the trade desk
Quantity quotes, lead times and replacements handled by people who know the fixtures — not a ticket queue.

From Kwun Tong to the job site.
We sit on the doorstep of one of the world's busiest freight corridors, and we use it. Express parcels for single fixtures, palletised freight for projects, double-boxed protection for everything fragile — declared accurately and tracked from the moment it leaves the building.
