Returns & Warranty

We want the fixture you receive to be the fixture you expected. Here is how returns, exchanges and our warranty work.

30-day returns

Unused fixtures in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Start a return by emailing support@hwbmon.com with your order number; we will issue a return authorisation and the return address.

Condition

Returned items must be complete — shades, hardware, cords, lamps and documentation. Fixtures that have been installed, wired, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted. Natural-stone and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

Need a different finish or length? Return the unused item for a refund and place a new order, or contact us and we will arrange a direct exchange where stock allows.

Manufacturer warranty

Every HWBOM fixture is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on its product page (2 to 7 years). The warranty covers LED drivers, integrated boards and structural components under normal use. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, power surges, or ordinary wear of natural materials. We repair or replace at our discretion.

Trade accounts

Wholesale and contract accounts are covered by the terms of their supply agreement, which take precedence over this page for those orders.
