What we collect

We collect what a store needs and nothing more: your name, email, shipping address and phone number when you place an order; your payment details, which pass directly to our payment partners over encrypted connections and are never stored on our systems; and the contents of your cart, which is kept in your own browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back.

How we use it

Order information is used to fulfill, ship, insure and support your purchase — receipts, tracking emails, and replies when you write to us. If you've opened a trade account, we also use your business details to administer pricing and terms.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever. It moves only to the parties that move your order: carriers, payment processors and our warehouse.

Cookies & local storage

hwbmon.com uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart between visits. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. Clearing your browser's site data empties the cart and removes everything we've stored on your device.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax and customs law requires us to keep them, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept while it's useful for serving you, then deleted on a rolling basis.

Your choices

Write to support@hwbmon.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows. We answer privacy mail with the same speed as order mail.
