hwbmon.com is operated by HWBMON LIMITED, RM D10, 9/F., Blk 2, Camelpaint Building, 62 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the shipping, returns and privacy policies they incorporate.

Pricing & payment

All prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars. Prices may change without notice, but never on an order already placed. Payment is taken when your order is placed, by the method you choose at checkout. Where sales tax applies, it is collected as required by law.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase; our confirmation email accepts it. In the rare case we can't fulfill a line — a bench rejection, a stock miscount — we'll tell you before dispatch and refund that line in full immediately.

Trade accounts

Case pricing, net-30 terms and MAP commitments are governed by your trade agreement, which prevails over these consumer terms where the two differ. Trade terms are available to verified resellers and design professionals via hwbmon@hwbmon.com.

Installation & safe use

Fixtures must be installed per their listing and local electrical code; hardwired items should be installed by a qualified electrician. Each fixture's lamping limits are printed in its specifications and on the fixture itself — respect them.

Liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Product warranties are as stated in the returns & warranty policy — one year, materials and workmanship, handled by humans.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes go first to support@hwbmon.com — in our experience, that resolves nearly all of them.
