Processing & dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are picked, final-checked and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it leaves the dock.

Mixed orders ship consolidated wherever possible — one shipment, one tracking number — so your receiving desk signs once, not five times.

Methods & rates

Two delivery speeds are offered at checkout:

• Ground freight — 5–8 business days, $14 flat, and included on orders over $300.
• Express — 2–3 business days, $32 flat.

Every shipment, at either speed, travels fully insured at our expense.

Coverage & international

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including PO boxes for parts and bulbs. We also ship to most international destinations — enter your address at checkout and we'll route it; where local duties or taxes apply, the carrier collects them at delivery under your country's rules.

Oversized & freight items

Large chandeliers (the Meridian, Halcyon and Cascada among them) travel in fitted twin-wall crates. Where a crate exceeds standard parcel limits we move it by insured freight at the same flat rates above; our dispatch team will email you a delivery window and the carrier will call ahead.

Damage in transit

Open and inspect every carton within 5 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the carton and the piece and write to support@hwbmon.com — we ship a replacement immediately and handle the insurance claim ourselves. You will never be asked to argue with a carrier on our behalf.
