How HWBOM Limited prepares, ships and tracks your fixtures, from our Kwun Tong facility to your door or job site.

Processing time

In-stock items are picked and packed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Made-to-order and natural-stone items (such as the Lumen Hall alabaster chandelier) carry a stated lead time of 2–4 weeks while pieces are selected and bench-tested; the current lead time is shown on each product page.

Destinations & carriers

We ship worldwide. Parcels move by DHL, FedEx and UPS Express; pallet and freight orders move by our nominated forwarders. Hong Kong and Greater China orders are typically delivered in 2–4 business days; the rest of Asia-Pacific in 3–6; Europe, the Middle East and the Americas in 5–9 business days after dispatch.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight and volume of your fixtures. Trade orders at or above USD 600 ship with complimentary standard freight. Glass and stone pieces are double-boxed with moulded protection; this is included, never a surcharge.

Duties & taxes

Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees, where they apply, are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare goods accurately and cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, write to support@hwbmon.com and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Damage in transit

Inspect your shipment on arrival. If a carton arrives crushed or a fixture is damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
