Selene pairs two materials we love: a hand-blown opal glass globe, thick enough to glow evenly with no visible lamp, and a cap turned from solid American black walnut, oiled to bring up the grain. The contrast of cool milk-glass and warm timber is what gives the fixture its character, and because both are natural materials, each piece carries small, honest variations.

The 12-watt integrated LED sits deep inside the globe at 2700K, 90 CRI, dimmable — the opal does the diffusing, so the light is soft enough to sit beside a bed or over a breakfast bar without a hot spot. Walnut cap, brass hardware, fabric-braided cord in charcoal.
